EGM also offers customers an extensive list of post-machining finishing options to achieve the desired aesthetic appearance or environmental protection necessary. Our post-processing options help to protect the complex shapes, grooves, channels, and angles achieved during CNC turning or CNC milling. This can be as simple as heat-treating final components for added structural integrity, powder coating to prevent corrosion during intended use, or polishing the component to attain a high-reflective finish. All finishing services are available for short run production machining and large run production jobs.
