Returns Policy for Defective Products

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects.
• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

1. Send us an email to jamorales@egm-mfg.com with the following:
   • Subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number] and/or [Full Name]
   • Attached pictures clearly showcasing the defective product.
2. Await approval confirmation via email.
3. Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided free of charge.
4. The client has a maximum of 15 days from the approval date to return the product.

Product Condition:

• The product must be in new and resalable condition.
• All parts, accessories, and packaging must be included.
• The product should show no signs of use.

Refund Guarantee:

Upon successful return and inspection, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges upon agreement.

How to Return:

1. Securely package the item.
2. Affix the provided return shipping label.
3. Ship the package within the 15-day window.
