Return Policy
We accept returns 7 days after receiving. The item must be in all original and unopened packaging. The item must also be unused. The customer pays return shipping as well as a 20 percent restocking fee. Refund will be issued upon us receiving the items and reviewing their condition.

In the event that a return does not pass our inspection the item will not be accepted for return and the item will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense. In the event that the buyer does not pay for return shipping of the rejected return after a period of 10 business days after rejection then the item will incur a storage charge of 5% of the sale price per month until the item is returned to the buyer. The rejected return will not pass through shipping until these storage charges are settled.

EGM will not accept returns from customers who ordered custom equipment from us or who modified their products on their own. These items are considered to be “Final Sale”.

Damaged Item Policy
If you receive a damaged item in shipping from us please contact us using the information on the contact us page within 24 hours of receiving. Each damaged item case will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy
No order may be cancelled without the written consent of EGM. Those orders which are approved for cancellation are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30 percent of the total order amount.
